I am attempting to transfer the domain SarahPin.com, registered using Yahoo's Private Domain Registration, to the registrar NearlyFreeSpeech.net. I was supposed to receive an email through which I could confirm the transfer, but this email has not arrived.

I am aware that, due its privately registered status, the domain's publicly visible administrative email address is "contact@myprivateregistration.com". However, http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/domains/privreg.php states that: "Whenever someone looks up your domain and tries to contact you, Melbourne IT receives the call, email, or letter and screens the information on your behalf. Melbourne IT forwards prescreened communications to you, so you can reply as you see fit."

How long does this screening generally take, and when am I going to receive the forwarded email? My understanding of the situation is that a transfer not concluded within a week is automatically marked as failed.
